AP Racing wins with Carlin Motorsport

AP Racing, the leading manufacturer of performance braking and clutch systems for race and road use, is pleased to announce the recent championship winning victory for the revolutionary Radi-CAL brake systems and the Carlin Motorsport F3 team.

AP Racing supplied complete braking systems – comprised of the latest Radi-CAL calipers, discs (CP3947), mounting bells, master cylinders, mounting hardware and pads – to Carlin’s four F3 British International Class cars.

The final round of the British F3 championship for the AP Racing Radi-CAL brake system took place this past weekend at Donington Park (11-12 October 2008). Carlin Motorsport finished their incredibly successful campaign with double wins for Jaime Alguersuari, which helped him secure the British F3 title in his rookie season. His victory ensured Carlin Motorsport took their fourth British F3 title and finished 1-2-3 in the overall standings.

“After a very successful season and partnership with AP Racing, we are delighted to finish the championship on such a high note” said Team Principal Trevor Carlin. “The cars have run tremendously well over the entire season, thanks in large part to the enhanced braking performance of the Radi-CAL brake calipers.”
